摘要
回顾了20世纪第一个10年内中国汽车业的发展及其对超轻钢汽车在节能、环保、安全、舒适方面的需求,简要说明了汽车构件和零部件新材料对使用性能及其热处理工艺的主要技术要求。介绍了近年来超轻钢车身用新材料及其热处理新技术的发展,尤其是先进高强度钢(AHSS)汽车板新材料及其连续退火新技术的开发与应用。简要介绍了汽车用特殊钢新材料及其热处理新技术的发展,包括轴承钢、齿轮钢和弹簧钢等新材料和新技术的开发与应用。
The development of auto industry in China in the first decade of the new century and its requirement on ultra-light steel automobiles for energy-saving, environment-protection, safety and comfort are reviewed, the main technical requirements of new materials for auto panels and auto components on their service-properties and their heat treatment are briefly described. The new materials for ultra-light steel auto-body (ULSAB) and their new technologies of heat treatment are introduced, especially the development of advanced high strength steels (AHSS) and the continuous annealing technology. The new materials of special steels for auto components and their heat treatment technology are outlined, including bearing steels, gear steels and spring steels.
