摘要
研究了退火温度(760~840℃)对Ti-Nb超低碳冷轧IF钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当退火温度低于760℃时,Ti-NbIF钢不能完成再结晶过程,当退火温度高于780℃低于840℃时,材料能完成再结晶过程且晶粒度均为9.5级;此外,随着退火温度的上升,Ti-Nb超低碳冷轧IF钢的强度减小塑性上升,应变硬化指数、塑性应变率和伸长率呈增加趋势。
The effects of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of automobile ultra-low-carbon cold-rolling Ti-Nb IF steel were studied.The experimental results show that the tested steel can not finish recrystallization process when the annealing temperature is lower than 760 ℃.However, in the temperature range of 780 ℃ to 840 ℃, the tested steel can finish recrystallization process and the final crystal grain level is I9.5.With increasing the annealing temperature, the strength of the steel decreases and its plasticity increases, and then rate of strain hardening, rate of plastic strain and rate of elongation also increase.
