摘要
对某2.0 L增压直喷式汽油机的性能与爆震进行了研究,采用双区模型对燃烧过程进行模拟,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:发动机达到了设计指标,试验结果与模拟结果相吻合,性能参数误差在5%之内。进一步采用双区模型结合爆震模型对缸内的爆震情况进行分析,并与试验爆震点进行了校核,结果表明:通过降低中冷后温度可以有效降低缸内的爆震趋势。
To research performance of the 2.0 L turbocharged DISI engine and its knocking characteristics,two-zone model was used to simulate the combustion process and verified by experiments.The results show that the engine reaches design specifications,and the simulation data tallies with the experiment results,error of the performance parameters is within 5%.The two-zone model combined with the knocking model was further used to analyze the knocking characteristics and the results were verified by knocking points in actual engine test.It is indicated that with the temperature after intercooler lowering the knocking trend can be effectively restrained.
