摘要
采用石灰石粉和低品质粉煤灰双掺配制绿色高性能混凝土,并对绿色高性能混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度、耐久性能和微观性能进行研究。结果表明,用石灰石粉和低品质粉煤灰双掺配制的绿色高性能混凝土具有很好的工作性能,60 min坍落度损失在15~30 mm之间;石灰石粉和低品质粉煤灰双掺到一起具有很好的复合效应,使混凝土具有较高的早期抗压强度,且后期抗压强度增长较大;混凝土的碳化深度最小值为2.0 mm;混凝土28 d的氯离子渗透系数最小值为182×10-14m2/s。从扫描电镜和能谱技术可以看出混凝土中水泥石和骨料界面结合良好,混凝土结构致密,水化硅酸钙凝胶中最低钙硅比为1.34。
The working performance,compressive strength,durability and micro-properties of green high performance concrete mixed with limestone powder and low-quality fly ash are studied in this paper.The test results show that the green high performance concrete mixed with limestone powder and low-quality fly ash has a good workability,and its slump loss of 60 min is 15~30 mm.The limestone powder and low-quality fly ash have a good compound effect,which makes the concrete have high early compressive strength,and greatly enhanced long term compressive strength.The minimum of carbonation depth of the concrete is only 2.0 mm.The minimum of chloride ion permeability coefficient of the concrete at 28 d is 182×10-14 m2/s.It can be seen from scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum technique that the interface structure and the concrete structure is compact,and the minimum of calcium-silicate ratio in C—S—H gel is 1.34.
