摘要
针对航电枢纽工程的特点,建立航电枢纽后评价的定量指标集和定性指标集,应用多级模糊式识别模型,对定量评价指标量化,并用半结构性模型对定性评价指标进行定量化与规范化,将客观定量评定与评价人的经验相结合,建立基于工程模糊集理论的航电枢纽后评价方法,并应用于湘江某航电枢纽工程,计算结果与工程实际较吻合。
According to the characteristics of navigation and hydropower junctions,the sets of the quantitative and the qualitative indexes are established.The multi-grade fuzzy recognition model is applied to quantize the evaluation index of quantification,and the semi-structured evaluation model is adopted to quantize and standardize the qualitative indexes.The post-evaluation method of navigation and hydropower junctions is established based on the fuzzy set theory of engineering project.And the method is applied to one of the junctions in Xiangjiang River,and the calculated results is practical.
