摘要
本文主要分析了自动控制阀门在聚丙烯装置中的应用,介绍了自控阀门损坏的情况,分析了阀门内部损坏的具体细节以及产生的原因,阐述了自控阀门失效的先期检测分析方法,并从设备管理的角度出发,介绍了防止自动控制阀门失效的措施。
The application of automatic control valve in polypropylene plant has been analyzed. The damage of automatic control valve is introduced. The detail of irmer damage of the valve and the cause are analyzed. The in-advance check of the failure of automatic control valve has been stated. Finally, from the angle of management the measures in preventing the failure of automatic control valve have been introduced.
