腹腔镜膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱肿瘤及疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价腹腔镜膀胱部分切除术(LPC)治疗膀胱肿瘤的安全性和有效性。方法对9例膀胱肿瘤患者行腹膜外LPC,并记录手术时间、出血量、围手术期并发症、恢复时间及术后住院时间等指标。术后定期行膀胱镜检查并随访。结果 9例均手术成功,所有患者均采用腹膜外途径。平均手术时间162min,术中出血量74ml,术后住院时间10.2d,恢复正常活动时间3周。9例随访6～30个月,1例局部复发,1例远处转移;无穿刺通道的种植性转移。结论 LPC安全有效,对于经仔细筛选的患者是一种合适的微创手术方法。
