摘要
针对复杂曲面构成的零件的逆向设计,利用减速器上箱体这一代表性零件,采用三维扫描的方法进行数据采样,利用特征曲线进行模型重构,并进行了重合度检测,实验表明这种方法重构精度高、操作方便、快捷,有推广意义。
Based on the reverse design of parts composed of complex surfaces,taking box on the reducer as the representative part,this experiment makes data sampling by 3D scanning,reconstructs the model by characteristic curves and checks coincidence degree. The result indicates that this method has the features of high reconstruction precision,convenient and fast operation,and it is worth promoting.
