成就目标在学业领域研究的现状与展望 被引量:1

摘要 成就目标能引发个体的动机,作为预测个体行为的潜在变量,正成为成就动机领域的研究热点。文章在对成就目标结构的演化、在学业领域对学业成就目标和社会成就目标等方面的研究现状进行梳理的基础上,发现当前成就目标的研究主要呈现以下几种趋势:(1)成就目标和其他动机变量之间关系的研究;(2)个体目标和情景目标相互作用研究;(3)多种情景因素对个体目标影响的研究;(4)学业领域中对社会成就目标的研究。
