摘要
市场竞争中,"谁赢得顾客,谁就赢得市场"已成为一种共识。本文对市场竞争中的高职院校所面临的顾客及其价值,以及受顾客价值认知所影响的顾客购买决策行为进行分析。
In this paper,the customers and customers' value in the environment of market competition which the higher vocational colleges are facing is discussed,the customers' purchasing strategy which is effected by the customers' cognition of value is also analyzed.
