摘要
定向钻井中,钻头与岩石间的相对运动产生的反扭矩使得工具面偏离设计轨道,严重影响中靶精度。针对这一问题,立项研究反扭矩平衡工具,从运动原理和力平衡原理角度分析反扭矩平衡的可行性及其平衡条件,实现扭矩平衡的方式,最后针对反扭矩平衡工具研制中的重点结构进行了分析,研制成功的行星式PDC钻头驱动器平衡了扭矩,有利于提高定向质量,施工安全,作业效率高,可进一步推广应用。
In directional well drilling operations,the reactive torque generating from the relative movement between bit and rocks causes deviation of drilling tools from designed track,resulting in dissatisfied target accuracy.To solve this problem,based on move-ment principle and force balance principle,this paper analysizes the feasibility of reactive torque balance and its balance conditions,as well as the means by which to achieve such goal.And key structures of tools are also studied.As a result,planetary driver for PDC bit is successfully developed.This product can realize torque balance and can be popularized in field practices due to such advantages as improving direnctional drilling effect,operation safety and higher operating efficiency.
