软聚硅酮敷料在预防放射性皮炎中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察软聚硅酮敷料对放射性皮炎的保护效果。方法将96例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组:实验组(n=46)采用美皮康超薄型(软聚硅酮敷料)于放射治疗间歇期保护放射野的皮肤,同时予以常规教育与护理;对照组(n=50)仅予以常规教育与护理。观察并比较两组放射性皮炎的发生率及照射野皮肤疼痛的发生率。结果实验组放射性皮炎的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),且实验组照射野皮肤疼痛的发生率也较对照组明显减少(P<0.01),均差异有显著性。结论软聚硅酮敷料能有效预防恶性肿瘤放疗患者的放射性皮炎的发生。 【Objective】 To observe the soft silione dressing's protection effect on radio-dermatitis.【Method】 Ninety-six patients with malignant tumor was recruited in the research and were divided into two group.The test group (46 patients) was treated with soft silione dressing to protect the skin exposure to the radiotherapy and they also received regular education and nursing intervention.The control group (50 patients) just received regular education and nursing intervention.The rate of radio-dermatitis and pain in the skin exposured to the radiotherapy were assessed.【Results】 The test group’s rate of radio-dermatitis and pain in the skin exposured to the radiotherapy was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.01).【Conclusion】 Soft silione dressing can decrease the patients' rate of radio-dermatitis with malignant tumor receiving radio-therapy treament.
