原发性双侧耻骨骨肉瘤一例

摘要患者男，36岁，因左腹股沟区疼痛2个月，伴左下肢活动障碍1个月就诊，查体：左腹股沟韧带下方可扪及一质韧肿物，位置较深，大小约3cm×3cm，轻压痛，表面皮肤颜色正常，平卧、站立位肿物大小变化不明显，指尖触诊肿物，
