摘要
目的探讨丰富环境干预对短暂性全脑缺血大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠分组建立短暂性全脑缺血模型,进行丰富环境干预,进行大鼠行为学检测。结果经过4 d的认知训练后发现,与IE组和假手术组相比,IS组动物找到平台的逃避潜伏期延长,经由路线增加(P<0.05)。空间探索实验中的运动轨迹显示,在撤除平台后IE组和假手术组均能记忆原平台的位置,寻找路线大多集中在原平台象限,平台对面象限最少,而IS组路线较散乱,运动轨迹以随机式和边缘式为主。结论丰富环境干预可以改善脑缺血大鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of enriched rehabilitative training on cognitive impairment in rats after transient global cerebral ischemia.Methods Adult male Wistar rats were used in the study.Rats were randomly assigned to either enriched environment housing or standard condition.The learning and memory ability was evaluated by Morris water maze.Results Even though all animals learned to perform the water maze task over time,the IS group took longer to learn the task while the IE group performed as well as the sham groups.Conclusion Enriched rehabilitative training can improve the ability of learning and memory.
