摘要
为研究TX1600型镗铣加工中心横梁的动态特性,在SolidWorks环境下建立横梁的三维实体模型,基于振动相关理论,运用Workbench软件对其进行模态分析,得出横梁的6阶固有频率及相应振型,并对其进行谐响应分析.结果得出横梁在受外部激振力下的动态响应特性,为横梁的优化设计提供了理论依据.
In order to study dynamic characteristics of the beam of TX1600 boring-milling machining center,the three-dimensional solid model of the beam was completed in SolidWorks.Modal analysis was carried out by Workbench software based on the theory of vibration and six orders natural frequencies and corresponding modes were given and harmonic analysis was carried out.The dynamic response characteristics were obtained under the external exciting force,which provided theoretical reference for the optimal design.
