摘要
阐述了矿山生产中普遍存在的习惯性违章行为特点、表现形式及其危害性,从人的不安全心理、物的不安全状态及管理缺陷等方面对习惯性违章产生原因进行分析,同时结合矿山实际工作和安全生产管理经验,提出预防习惯性违章的一些措施和对策。
It has elaborated in mine production of universal existence routine to act in violation of regulations characteristic,manifestation and hazardous nature,owing to a person＇s unsafe psychology,aspects and so on.It simultaneously unifies the mine practical work and the security production in management experience,proposing prevention routine violates in regulations some measures and countermeasure.
