施用沼渣的温室土壤氮累积及重金属污染状况研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用完全随机区组试验设计的方法,以番茄为供试作物,研究了沼渣与化肥不同的施肥配比对温室土壤中氮的累积及重金属污染状况的影响。结果表明,沼渣与化肥配合使用能够为作物生长提供足够的氮源,提高土壤肥力,减少硝态氮在土壤中的累积。其中B3(60%沼肥+40%化肥)开花期土壤中总氮含量与拔除期土壤中的总氮残留量都与其他各处理相当,但其土壤中硝态氮含量高于其他处理,能够为作物提供足够的营养,并且土壤中Pb,Cu,Zn累积量都以B3最少,即B3(60%沼肥+40%化肥)为设施内沼渣与化肥配合使用的最适配比。 A randomized block field experiment was conducted to study the effect of combined use of biogas residues and chemical fertilizer on the N accumulation and heavy metal pollution in greenhouse soil with tomato as the test crop.The results showed that combined use of biogas residues and chemical fertilizer could provide sufficient nitrogen,improve soil fertility,and reduce the accumulation of nitrate in the soil of greenhouse.The soil N content of B3 treatment(60% biogas residues and 40% chemical fertilizer combined) in flowering period,and the soil N residue after pull out,were correspond to other treatments,but the soil nitrate nitrogen concentrations were higher than other treatments,which could provide adequate nutrition for the crop.And the accumulation of Pb,Cu,Zn of B3 treatment was the least one.This result showed that 60% biogas residues and 40% chemical fertilizer combined application was the best ratio for greenhouse soil fertility..
