摘要 Wnt信号通路(Wnt通路)是重要的细胞信号转导途径,在细胞的增殖、分化中发挥重要的作用。Wnt通路的异常与多种肿瘤的发生或转移有关。研究发现Wnt拮抗剂Dkk-3(Dickkopf-3)可以拮抗Wnt通路,并与多种肿瘤相关,抑制Dkk-3可抑制肿瘤生长。因此,深入研究Dkk-3对肿瘤机制阐明和治疗具有重要意义。 The Wnt signaling pathway is an important cell signal way,which plays roles in cell proliferation and differentiation.Studies revealed that the abnormalities in Wnt signaling pathway often happened in many cancers.Dickkopf-3(Dkk-3),an antagonist of the Wnt signaling pathway,may play roles in many cancers.By inhibiting Dkk-3,the growth of cancer cells were inhibited.It is valuable to study Dkk-3 for the further research of cancer.Therefore,the research on Dkk-3 is very important to understand the occurrence of tumor and its treatment.
