摘要
本文通过选择合适的波长、显色条件和干扰消除等,建立了二乙酰一肟分光光度法准确测定尿素解析液中的微量尿素的分析方法,该法适用于尿素装置生产中间控制分析。此法具有操作简单、分析结果准确度高和检测限低等优点。
A determination method for trace carbamide in carbamide liquid was established by diacetylmonoxime spectrophotometry with selecting proper wavelength,coloration conditions and eleminating interference.The method was applicable to analyze the intermediate control of carbamide unit.The method is simple,high accuracy and low detectability.
