摘要
以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉为粘合剂,分别研究不同粒度板状刚玉对矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。试样自然干燥24 h脱模后,再经110℃烘干24 h,分别于1 000、1 300、1 500℃热处理3 h,检测各温度热处理后试样的线变化率、体积密度、抗折强度、抗压强度以及试样的热膨胀系数、耐磨性能和抗热震性能。结果表明:经过1 300、1 500℃热处理后,试样的线收缩率随着板状刚玉粒度的减小而增大。此时,含有粒度小于45μm板状刚玉试样的抗折强度和抗压强度最大;经过1 300℃热处理后,细粒度的板状刚玉有利于提高试样的耐磨性能;含有粗粒度板状刚玉试样的抗热震性能优于含有细粒度板状刚玉试样的抗热震性能。
The effect of different particle size of tabular corundum on properties of bauxite based gunning refractory were investigated respectively with bauxite as raw materials, calcium aluminate cement and silica flour as binders. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding, the specimens were treated at 1 000, 1 300, 1 500 ℃ for 3 h, respectively. The permanent linear change, bulk density, modulus of rupture and clod crushing strength, thermal expansion coefficient, abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance were examined. The results showed that the permanent linear change of specimens increased with the decreasing of the particle size of tabular corundum after heat treated at 1 300, 1 500 %. At the same time, the modulus of rupture and clod crushing strength of specimens whose the particle size of tabular corundum was below 45 μm were the greatest. The abrasion resistance of specimens containing little particle sizes of tabular corundttm was beneficial to improve the abrasion resistance after treated at 1 300 ℃. The thermal shock resistance of specimens containing big particle sizes of tabular corundum was better than that of specimens containing little particle sizes of tabular corundum.
