摘要
目的:探讨健康信念模式在难治性消化性溃疡患者健康教育中的应用。方法:采用方便抽样的方法选取难治性消化性溃疡患者100例,运用健康信念模式对难治性消化性溃疡患者进行有目的、有计划、有系统的健康教育,帮助患者认识消化性溃疡的相关知识,了解自己的健康状况,让患者自主形成期望、思维、推理、信念为一体的主导思想,掌握并主动采纳健康行为,坚持正规治疗。在健康教育前及健康教育1年后对患者的疾病知识、自我保健能力治疗情况进行调查。结果:经过1年的健康教育干预后,100例患者在掌握消化性溃疡病知识、自我保健能力、治疗依从性等方面与教育前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康信念模式能促进难治性消化性溃疡患者主动的配合医师治疗,提高治疗依从性和治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the health belief model used in health education for patients with refractory peptic ulcer. Methods: Selected using convenience sampling of 100 patients with refractory peptic ulcer, using the health belief model for treatment -refractory patients with peptic ulcer a purposeful, planned, systematic health education to help understanding of peptic ulcer in patients with knowledge, understanding of their health status, to enable patients to form their own expectations, thinking, reasoning, beliefs as one of the main idea, grasp and take the initiative to adopt health behaviors, adhere to regular treatment. In health education, health education before and after one year of patient disease knowledge, self - care capacity to treat the situation to investigate. Results: After a year of health education intervention, 100 patients with peptic ulcer disease in mastering the knowledge, self - care ability, treatment compliance and education earlier so there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Health belief model can promote conscious patients with refractory peptic ulcer with active medical care, improve treatment compliance and therapeutic effect.
