摘要
概括了都市农业的发展现状及都市农业的人才需求模式,探讨了农业院校现有培养模式存在的问题,并从专业设置、课程改革、办学形式等方面提出了一些改革措施,以期更好地适应都市农业发展的需求,培养合格的都市农业人才。
The present situation of city agriculture and its need for talents were summarized. The problems of agriculture university for present training talents were discussed. Furthermore, in order to train better talents for city agriculture, the agriculture university needs to take some reformations. The reformations on specialty design, curriculum system and training patterns were also discussed in the paper.
