摘要 目前在我国江河、湖泊、饮用水和蔬菜等中均已经检测到邻苯二甲酸酯类(phthalic acid esters,PAEs),我国环境中PAEs类的污染问题已越来越多地受到人们的关注[1]。PAEs是一类人工合成的脂溶性有机物。PAEs对人类的健康特别是男性生殖系统的健康具有潜在的威胁,越来越多的研究表明PAEs可损害雄性的生育力,其中睾丸间质细胞是其作用的靶细胞之一。
