摘要
目前高职院校教师职业能力评价体系存在着主观性强、重形式轻内容、重数量轻质量等问题,对此应建立尽可能量化和操作性强的评价标准、科学合理的评价机制以及促进评价机制实施的办法,以公平、公正地对高职院校教师的职业能力进行评价。高职院校应针对不同来源和不同层次的教师,采用校企合作、教企轮岗、产学研一体化等多种方式打造"双师型"教师队伍。
The paper aims to discuss the issues and problems of subjectivity, formalism, and quantitativeness in higher vocational colleges' teacher evaluation system. It thus suggests that quantified and operative criterion, rational mechanism and enforcement approaches be established to promote the competence assessment fairly and objectively. School-enterprise cooperation, post rotation and integration of production, teaching and research should be launched in an effort to train double-model teachers.
