摘要
在西门子S7-300软冗余系统工作原理基础上,提出了软冗余系统的硬件组成及程序实现方法。通过配置电源模块、CPU、冗余模块、通讯模块以及I/O模块等相关硬件,准确完成软件组态,精确编程下载与调试,实现锅炉FSSS控制系统的冗余功能。运行结果表明,控制系统可以在100 ms以内完成主站与从站的冗余切换,系统的可靠性能够满足锅炉安全运行的标准。
Based on the Siemens S7-300 software redundancy principle, this paper proposed soft-redundant hardware components and programming methods. By configuring the power modules, CPU, redundant modules, communication modules and I/O modules and related hardware, accurate and complete the software configuration, downloaded program and debugged the system, realized FSSS control system with redundancy. Running results show that the control systems can he changed in less than lOOms from the master station and slave station redundant, reliability of the system can fully comply with standards for the safe operation of boiler.
