摘要
对密脉鹅掌柴进行了化学成分研究.采用硅胶柱色谱、Pharmadex LH-20柱色谱、RP-C8柱色谱等方法分离化学成分,应用UV,IR,MS,NMR,2D-NMR等方法进行结构分析,从中分离鉴定了2个新的齐墩果酸型三萜皂苷:3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[α-D-阿拉伯糖基(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基齐墩果酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯苷(1)、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸基齐墩果酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯苷(2).
Two new trierpenoid saponins were isolated from the aerial herb of Schefflera venulosa,and their structures were elucidated based on the spectroscopic analysis as well as chemical methods.Their structures were identified as 3-O-β-D-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-[α-L-arabinifuranosyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucuronopyransyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopy-ranosyl ester(1)、3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3) ]-β-D-glucuron-opyransyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(2).
