摘要
目的观察反复感染小鼠化疗后抗日本血吸虫再感染的效果,为分析人群再感染的规律提供实验依据。方法采用C57BL/6纯系小鼠建立日本血吸虫再感染的动物模型,于攻击感染后45天剖杀小鼠,计算小鼠体内成熟成虫数及肝虫卵数。结果与对照组相比较,攻击感染后再感染小鼠体内成熟成虫和肝虫卵数较对照组明显减少,减虫率达27.13%,减卵率为36.62%,肝脏虫卵芽肿数量也明显减少。结论表明反复感染小鼠经过治疗后可产生一定程度的对再感染的抵抗力,从而间接地验证了人群再感染的现场观察结果。
Aim To observe the effect of anti-reinfection of Schistosoma japonicum in posttreatment mice with repeated infection,and give the experimental data for analyzing the reinfection in the endemic population. MethodsZC57BL/6 mice were as experimental animal which were infected and treated repeatedly,and killed on the 45th days after challenging infection with cercariae to examine worm burden and egg burden. Results By comparing with control group,the number of mature worm and eggs in liver of the experimental mice was significantly decreased after challenge,the protective effect were 2713% in mature reduction and 36.62%in eggs reduction.Meanwhile the number and areas of egg granulomas in liver was also markedly decreased. Conclusion The results suggested that the mice with repeated infection and treatment had a certain extent of acquired resistance to reinfection of S.japonicum ,and give a indirect evidence to support the fact that people in endemic areas can slowly acquire an increasing degree of imm
