用Renishaw检查规进行三坐标测量机几何误差检测的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了三坐标测量机几何误差的快速检测方法。根据三坐标测量机空间误差与几何误差关系,提出了使用Ren-ishaw检查规测量几何误差的方法。该方法通过测量XY,YZ,XZ平面内特定圆周上各点的空间误差,可获得所有21项几何误差。这种方法精度高,操作方便,仅用2个小时即可完成全部21项误差的测量。 A fast method for measuring geometric errors of CMM is present in this paper. According to the relation between volumetric errors and geometric errors of CMM,a method to measure the geometric errors with Renishaw Checking Gauge is developed. All the 21 geometric errors can be obtained by the means of measuring volumetric errors on some specific circles in XY,YZ,XZ planes. It proved to be accurate and easy-operation. All the 21 geometric errors can be obtained within two hours.
