摘要
文章以2006年4月至2010年3月上海中小企业出口值为样本,估计人民币实际汇率升值和原材料价格上升对上海中小企业出口带来的冲击。实证研究发现,人民币实际汇率升值将会对上海中小企业出口带来显著不利的影响,而且负面效应在人民币升值半年后才得以逐渐消除;短期内原材料价格上升造成的冲击并不显著,但长期来说,原材料价格上升会给上海中小企业出口带来负面影响。
Through the establishment of error correction models and impulse response functions,the impacts of RMB appreciation and rising raw material prices on the exports of Shanghai SMEs are estimated from April 2006 to March 2010.The results show that the RMB appreciation will have significantly negative effects on Shanghai SMEs exports and they will take 6 months to adapt to the RMB appreciation.The impacts of the rising raw material prices on Shanghai SMEs exports is not significant in the short term,however they have a negative impact in the long term.
