摘要
目的 通过对湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗小儿烫伤的疗效观察,探讨其护理要点.方法 将我院60例烫伤患儿随机分成两组（治疗组和对照组）,治疗组30例烫伤患儿创面清创后应用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组烫伤创面清创后采用磺胺嘧啶银软膏治疗;在治疗同时所有患儿均给予抗休克、抗感染、心理和营养支持等力面的护理.结果 治疗组患儿住院大数[（11.5±2.3）天]明显较对照组[（18.5±3.9）天]缩短,差异具有极显著性（P〈0.01）;住院期间治疗组感染发生率、瘢痕形成率等方面均明显低于对照组,出院后随访3个月,治疗组1例轻微色素沉着.结论 采用湿润烧伤膏治疗小儿烫伤,具有止痛效果好,疗效显著,操作方便的特点;同时加强抗休克、抗感染、心理和营养支持等方面的护理是治疗成功的关键因素.
Objective To observe the effect on the MEBO treatment of pediatric burn, and explore the nursing points.Methods 60 cases of pediatrics burnts in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. After cleared the wound, the treatment group was treated with MEBO, while the control group was cured with silver sulfadiazine Ointment. During the cuing period, all patients were given anti-shock, anti-infection,psychological and nutritional support and other aspects care.Results The treatment group spent （11.5 ± 2.3） days in hospital,while the control group （18.5 ± 3.9）days.The incidence of infection,scarring, pigmentation, etc in treatment group were signifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.001）.Conclusion MEBO treatment of children with bums has analgesic effect;and its easy to operate. And couple with the anti-shock, anti-infection, psychological and nutritional support and other aspects of care, it is a key factor in successful treatment.
