摘要
工资集体协商制度已经成为处理劳资关系的重要途径。工资集体协商有利于缓解劳资矛盾,维护职工合法权,还有利于促进企业发展。笔者就如何更好地完善和发挥这一制度的作用提出了自己的见解。
Collective wage negotiation system has become an important tool of dealing with labor-management relations.Collective wage negotiation is an effective way of alleviating labor-capital contradiction,protecting employees' legitimate right and promoting enterprises' development.The author poses her opinions on how to perfect and make use of the collective wage negotiation system.
