摘要
目的:探析中医辨证论治治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎中的临床体会。方法:将患者分为肝胃不和型、脾胃虚弱型、脾胃湿热型、瘀血阻络、气滞血瘀型、胃阴不足型遣方用药。结果:辨证辨病结合治疗均取得很好的疗效。结论:中医辨证论治治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的疗效。
Objective：Studies on the achievements of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment on chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Method：The differentiation of the patients of this disease are mainly about six types,that is,the hyperactive Liver-qi attacking the stomach type,the insufficiency of both the spleen and the stomach type,the damp-heat of the spleen and the stomach type,the blood stasis in vessels type,the stagnation of qi and blood stasis type,the deficiency of the stomach-yin type.Result：The differentiation and treatment play an important part in treatment of the different types.Conclusion：Combining differentiation and treatment has better effects during the treatment of CAG.
