摘要
利用电化学快速锈蚀方法,对钢筋锈蚀开裂的条件进行了试验研究。基于混凝土强度、混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋直径给出了确定开裂时钢筋锈蚀率的计算公式,并对钢筋种类和钢筋位置的影响给出了修正系数。最后,与实际工程检测结果进行了对比分析。
The reinforcement getting rusty and the rust making the concrete cover crack are two important problems in evaluating the durability of RC structures. The concrete cover cracking criterion is researched by means of a accelerated electrochemical corrosion experiment in this article. A mathematic formula of cracking criterion is given in relation to concrete cover, concrete strength and reinforcement diameter. Besides, the effect of reinforcement style and the position of reinforcement is considered by a revision coefficient. In the last, the formula is analyzed in contrast with the on-the-spot measurement.
