摘要
目的创建并实践护患沟通技术实验教学项目,提高护患沟通教学质量。方法在护理学实验中心对护理本科生(下称护生)375人开展护患沟通技术的模拟训练,实验完毕对护生进行问卷调查,反馈本次实验的相关信息。结果 78.1%护生认为开展此项实验十分必要,55.2%护生认为实验项目设计很合理,89.6%护生认为此项实验对今后的护理工作有很重要的作用,72.8%护生对教师指导方式很满意,87.5%护生认为通过实验能达到应有的效果,79.7%护生表示要积极参加下次的创新实验。结论通过护患沟通技术实验教学项目的实践,激发了护生对护患沟通的学习兴趣,提高了护生的护患沟通能力,培养了护生分析问题、解决问题和评判性思维能力。
Objective To create and practice a nurse-patient communication skill experimental program,and to improve the teaching quality.Methods A total of 375 undergraduate nursing students received nurse-patient communication skills teaching, and simulation exercises was carried out in the lab center. After the drill, nursing students completed questionnaires and gave feedback information of this experiment.Results Strictly, 78.1% of the nursing student believed it was necessary to carry out this experiment; 55.2% deemed the experimental project design to be reasonable; 89.6% thought that the experiment was of great importance for their future nursing work; 72.8% were very satisfied with the tutelage of teachers; 87.5% believed that the experiment could achieve the desired effect; 79.7% claimed to self-directedly participate in the next experiment.Conclusion Through the practice of the nurse-patient communication skill experimental program, nursing students′ interest in nurse-patient is greatly aroused, and their ability to have good communication with patients is improved, their abilities to analyze and solve problems, and critical thin-king skills are cultivated.
