摘要
研究了导弹天线罩在导弹飞行过程中加热加载的工作情况,提出了天线罩连接方式设计的主要要求、连接环材料性能及其选择、胶和胶接要求。给出了典型的天线罩连接环的设计形式,并简要分析了天线罩与连接环的胶接强度和连接环胶接质量的检测方法。地面强度和导弹飞行试验表明,该天线罩连接环的设计和检测方法较好地解决了天线罩与弹体的连接问题。
This paper studies the operation of missile's antenna housing in heating and loading during flight, and puts forward the main requirements to design the joining way of the housing, material performance and selection of link and the needs for glue and cement. It also provides a design style of a typical link of antenna housing ,and briefly introduces the measuring method to cementing strength for the housing and link and cementing quality. The flight tests show that the design and the use of the measuring methods have fairly resolved the joining problems about antenna housing and missile body.
