宫颈癌三维近距离治疗的现状与展望 被引量:3

摘要 放疗在宫颈癌的治疗中占有十分重要的地位,根治性放疗在西欧和北美更被认为是各期宫颈癌治愈方法之一.标准的宫颈癌放疗由盆腔外照射和腔内近距离治疗构成.腔内近距离治疗围绕源形成陡峭的剂量梯度,在给予充足的剂量杀灭肿瘤的同时周围危及器官受照剂量却很低.一些优于现有计划系统的新治疗计划概念已出现.基于这些概念的系统修改或新方法,如影像引导的三维近距离治疗是目前研究的热点.
