Research on Butt Multi-pass Welding Deformation of Low-temperature Steel Based on Inherent Strain Method

摘要 采用固有应变法计算SA203D低温钢平板多道焊焊后的变形分布,预测了焊接横向变形和角变形,并在此基础上计算了不同厚度筒体对接焊的变形情况,为SA203D钢焊接结构的制备和焊接工艺的优化提供了重要的参考依据。 The deformation distribution of SA203D steel after multi-pass welding was calculated by inherent strain method,the lateral deformation and angular distortion of welding was predicted and the butt welding deformations of SA203D cylinder with different thickness was calculated.All of above provide important evidences for the optimization of welding process and structure of SA203D steel.
