摘要
以防爆电机甩水环为例,利用计算机程序进行铸造工艺的优化设计。在生产中,原始工艺存在很大的铸造缺陷,并通过模拟技术验证了这些缺陷。为了消除这些铸造缺陷,通过在必要部位设置冒口,对原始工艺进行了优化。模拟结果表明,新工艺解决了铸造过程中的缺陷。最后通过实际生产,证明该工艺的合理性。
The computer program was employed to optimize the casting process for flame-proof electric motor hydro-extracting ring.There were many defects in the original process,which were proved by computer simulation.In order to eliminate the defects,some risers were used in proper position to optimize the original process.The simulation results show that the new process can eliminate those defects.The rationality of the new process is proved by practical production.
