摘要
目的:探讨断层成像技术MRI在脊椎骨折和脊髓损伤中的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析89例脊柱创伤患者的临床和MRI资料,MRI检查使用1.5T扫描仪,行矢状位T1WI和T2WI、横切位T2WI、脂肪抑制(STIR)扫描.结果:89例中,骨挫伤3例、小骨折5例、Chance骨折4例、单纯性脊椎压缩性骨折33例、爆裂骨折26例、骨折脱位18例,合并脊髓损伤43例 脊椎骨折和脊髓损伤分别具有较为特征性的MRI表现.结论:断层成像技术MRI可清晰地显示脊椎骨挫伤、骨折、脱位、椎管狭窄、椎间盘突出、韧带损伤和脊髓损伤,对脊柱创伤的诊断有重要价值.
Objective :To investigate the diagnostic value of tomography MRI in the vertebral fractures and spinal cord injury. Methods:The clinical and MR1 data of 89 patients with spinal column trauma were retrospectively analyzed. A 1.5T MRI scanner was used. T1 WI, T2WI and short inversion time inversion - recovery (STIR)sequences on both sagittal and axial sections were performed. Results:Among 89 patients, 3 patients were diagnosed as vertebral bone contusion, 5 patients as small fracture, 4 patients as Chance fracture, 33 pa- tients as simple compressed fracture. 26 patients as burst fracture, 18 patients as vertebral fracture dislocation, d3 patients as spinal cord injury. The vertebral fractures and spinal cord injury attributed to different causes had distinct MR1 characteristics. Conclusions:Tomography MRI is important for the diagnosis of spinal column trauma. The vertebral bone contusion, fractures, fracture dislocation, spinal narrowing, protrusion, ligaments injury and spinal cord injury can be clearly shown on MRI.
