摘要 肝小静脉闭塞病(hepatic veno—occlusive disease,HVOD)发病机制尚不明确,HVOD模型建立对研究疾病的发生机制极其重要。DeLeve等用野百合碱给小鼠灌胃(160mg/kg),建立急性静脉闭塞性疾病(VOD)模型,一定程度上避免了野百合碱肺毒性所产生的偏倚。高新生等利用土三七生物碱成分予小鼠隔日灌胃,
