摘要 [目的]探讨自动筋膜压测量仪在早期诊断筋膜室综合征的应用及体会。[方法]采用CYY-1型自动筋膜压测量仪对31例前臂、小腿、足、上臂肿胀患者进行筋膜压测量,对筋膜压达到切开标准的患者行切开减压,对未达到切开标准的进行动态观察。[结果]31例中7例切开减压,残留创面延期缝合或植皮。其中2例初次测压未达到切开标准,经过动态测压,发现筋膜压逐步上升而达到切开标准,予以切开减压。[结论]采用自动筋膜压测量仪测量结果判断筋膜室综合征比采用Whitesides法判断更准确和方便,比依据症状体征更客观、科学,有效的避免了盲目性。
