摘要
为全面了解和掌握广西贺州市蔬菜农药残留现状,为政府和相关部门的管理提供依据,贺州市农产品质量安全检测中心开展了蔬菜农药残留监测工作。2007~2009年的检测结果表明,560个蔬菜监测样品中总合格率为97.73%,其中根茎类蔬菜样品农药残留合格率最高,为99.9%,叶菜类蔬菜样品农药残留合格率最低,为95.85%;第1、4季度的蔬菜样品农药残留合格率较高,第2、3季度的相对较低;贺州市蔬菜农药残留合格率呈逐年上升趋势,合格率每年至少上升1个百分点。说明贺州市采取的蔬菜安全监管措施效果明显,蔬菜食用比较安全。
Pesticide residues in vegetables were monitored in order to comprehensively investigate the current status in Hezhou,Guangxi(China),in 2007-2009,and to provide the basis for its management by Center of Quality Safety and Test of Agricultural Products.The results showed 97.73% total qualified rate among 560 vegetable samples,while the qualified rate of pesticide residue in rootstalk-like vegetables samples was found to be the highest(99.9%).In green vegetables,it was the lowest(95.85%).Tested qualified rates of pesticide residue in vegetables were relatively higher in the first and fourth quarters,compared to the second and third quarters.Qualified rate of pesticide residue of vegetables in Hezhou showed an increasing tendency year by year,and increased by approximately 1 percent each year.It has been observed that application of the measures for vegetables security and sanitation in Hezhou City gave significant results.
