摘要
介绍了转炉托圈在工作过程中所受外载荷如何简化,对炉体联结装置传递到托圈上的载荷进行分类,用封闭环实体理论计算方法分别计算垂直于托圈环平面和平行于托圈环平面的内力。分别采用第三强度理论和第四强度理论校核托圈的强度,通过比较发现,采用第三强度理论进行强度分析更有效。
This paper introduces how to simplify the external load of the converter ring in the course of working and classify the tilting of linking device transmitted to the ring load.Closed entity of theoretical calculation methods are used to calculate the forces which are vertical to the loop and parallel to the loop.The third theory of strength and the forth theory of strength are used to check the strength of the ring respectively.By comparison,it is found that the third theory of strength is more effective to analyze its strength.
