摘要
表面曝气机是氧化沟内水体的主要动力来源,直接影响氧化沟处理污水的效率。采用多参考系模型,对32m×8 m×4m氧化沟内的流场进行三维数值模拟,并对比了曝气机功率为12kW,叶片浸深为0.2m、高为0.97m,曝气机叶片形状不同时氧化沟内的流场。模拟结果表明:机翼型叶片、前倾型叶片、矩形叶片和后倾型叶片4种叶片形状中机翼型叶片对水流的混合推动力最大,效率最高。
Surface aerator is the main power sources in oxidation ditch.It directly affects the efficiency of the oxidation ditch processing sewage.MRF model and 3-D numerical simulation were used to simulate the flow field of 32m×8m×4m moxidation ditch,different blade shape was compared when the power was 12kW,the blade immersion depth was 0.2m and height was 0.97m.The results of simulation showed that the airfoil impeller blade had the most efficiency and mixed force in the four impeller shape as airfoil impeller blade,forward curved impeller blade,rectangular impeller blade and backward curved impeller blade.
