间充质干细胞体外诱导生成软骨细胞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 关节软骨是一种特殊的结缔组织,具有连接、支持、分散应力、减小振荡等功能。关节软骨缺损通常由创伤及关节炎等原因引起,是一种常见的骨科疾病,由于软骨组织无血管、神经和淋巴管,同时软骨细胞代谢率低,加之在基质纤维网中的增生和迁移受限。
