摘要
并购后企业组织整合的失败是导致企业并购失效的主因之一。文章引入模块化理论和方法构想并购后企业组织整合新形态,以期弥补传统组织整合理论解决实际问题的局限。文章指出,并购后企业组织模块化是以突出核心竞争力和弹性化来构造企业能力价值网络结构的过程,该模块化组织不能被简单界定为产品模块化、技术模块化的高级演化形式,它具有组织管理意义上的独特态势。
One of the main causes,which lead to invalid M A,is the failure of organizational integration after MA.In order to make up for the limitations of traditional organizational integration theory to solve practical problems,this paper introduces the theory and methods of modular to construct the new forms of organizational integration after MA.This article points out,post-merger organizational modular is the process,which constructs flexible value network structure by highlighting the core competence of the corporation.This modular organization can not be simply defined as the advanced evolution of the product modularity,technology modularity;it is unique from the point of organizational management.
