摘要
测定了金线兰各器官(花序、叶、地上茎、根状茎、根)水提液对·OH和·O_(2-)的清除作用,结果表明:金线兰各器官水提液均能清除·OH和·O_(2-),清除·OH能力的排序为:叶>根状茎、花序>根>地上茎;清除·O_(2-)能力的排序为:叶、地上茎>花序>根状茎、根。
The scavenging of·OH and·O2^- by aqueous extractions from Various organs (inflorescence,leaf,aerial stem,rhizome,root) of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl were estimated.The results demonstrated that the aqueous extraction had capacity of scavenging·OH and·O2^-.The cleaning effect on·OH was sorted as:leafrhizome、inflorescencerootaerial stem.The cleaning effect on·O2^- was sorted as:leaf、aerial steminflorescencerhizome、root.
