摘要
针对张家口供电公司现有的营销系统和电力负荷管理系统的建设现状,在电力负荷管理系统和ECM(Enterprise Customer Management)系统没有定义数据接口的情况下,提出一种基于WEB服务的网页预购电管理系统,同时利用移动通信技术的短信息功能实现了用户用电信息的及时发布。运行结果表明该系统满足负荷管理终端预购管理要求,在提高用电服务质量,方便广大电力用户及时购电的同时扭转了电费回收困难的局面,使得张家口供电公司的电费风险控制能力大大提高。
According to the current marketing system and electric load management system in Zhangjiakou electric company,it proposed a system of forward electric power purchasing management based on WEB service,and data interface was not defined in electric load management and Enterprise Customer Management system.Also,it can timely send messages to users through SMS.Operation results showed that the system can meet the requirements of load management terminal,realize unified management in technology monitoring and control analysis,and turn the difficult situation of electricity recycling.Finally,risk control ability of Zhangjiakou electric company greatly improved.
