摘要
采用HPLC法测定了青海达里加山和拉鸡山地区不同海拔五脉绿绒蒿的槲皮素和木犀草素含量。达里加山样品中槲皮素和木犀草素平均含量分别为0.1040和0.1299 mg/g,拉鸡山样品中分别为0.0719和0.2018mg/g。结果表明,五脉绿绒蒿中槲皮素和木犀草素含量在青海达里加山地区呈现出随海拔升高而趋于增高的明显变化趋势,但在拉鸡山地区则呈现出先降后升的变化趋势,其内在变化规律尚待深入探究。
The contents of quercetin and luteolin in Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel.from Mt.Dalijia and Mt.Laji area of Qinghai province were determined by HPLC method,with the separation on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 Column,and ran the mobile phase with a mixture of methanol and acetic acid water solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,while the ultraviolet wavelength was 320 nm.In Mt.Dalijia area,the mean contents of them are 0.1040 mg/g and 0.1299 mg/g,In Mt.Laji area,they are 0.0719 mg/g and 0.2018 mg/g.Variation rules of these contents influenced by altitudes were studied and discussed in this paper.According to analytical result,the contents of quercetin and luteolin contents have evident increased trends with the rise of altitudes in Qinghai Mt.Dalijia area,but it showed rise after the first lower trends in Mt.Laji area.It is necessary to study and discover the internal relation of the content changes.
