摘要
含有苯并咪唑环的化合物在工业、农业、医药、材料、化妆品、畜牧业等方面均具有非常重要的应用价值,因此,有关苯并咪唑类化合物的合成及性质方面的研究已成为热点课题.笔者以邻苯二胺及自行合成的芳氧乙酸为原料,合成出了2-芳氧甲基苯并咪唑重要中间体(2),再经过N-烷基化和肼解反应合成出了4个新的目标化合物,即-芳氧甲基苯并咪唑-1-乙酰肼化合物(4a~4d),并通过IR、1H NMR谱及元素分析对新的中间体化合物2c,3b和3c及目标产物4a~4d进行了结构表征.
The compounds containing the benzimidazole ring are of great value in industry,agriculture,medicine,material,cosmetics,animal husbandry.Hence the synthesis and properties of the benzimidazole derivatives have been a hot topic.In this paper,four new 2-aryloxymethylbenzimidazole-1-acetylhydrazines were synthesized by N-alkylation and hydrazinolysis of ethyl chloroacetate with 2-aryloxymethylbenzimidazoles,which were synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with aryloxyacetic acids using a melting method.The structures of the intermediates and target compounds were characterized by the IR,1H NMR and elemental analysis.
